/Christmas lights bring warmth to your holiday season. The Christmas lights of today can light up trees and homes with tiny solid or twinkling lights of clear or differing colors. They can cause frustration with their long tangled up cords, and burnt out bulbs. The world was introduced to these lights in 1882 by Edward Johnson who was a friend and partner to the inventor of the light bulb, Thomas Edison.
